At Stem Systems we take pride in our relaxed and supportive working environment, long-standing relationships with customers and of our significant investment in upskilling of staff at all levels.
Led by hands-on management, we see the value in continuous, in-depth training of our team. Even junior staff in the company get significant exposure to project work, assisting in migrations to the cloud, server changeovers, onboarding of new clients and new kit rollouts.
An Innovative Team
We believe in producing well-rounded individuals with exposure to a wide range of technology. However, we also encourage the ability to specialise in preferred fields where desired, and provide the necessary training to facilitate this.
The company is strongly cloud-focused, pushing for widespread adoption of the more advanced features of the Microsoft cloud. The majority of our deployments in recent years have been oriented around Microsoft Entra ID, InTune, SharePoint, and Azure Virtual Desktop. As a sign of the company’s direction, less than a third of our customer base now operate with physical servers on site.
