3CX
Stem Systems is an Advanced Certified, 3CX Silver Partner. 3CX is a software suite, enabling phone, video and chat functionality with a straightforward, all-inclusive licensing model. Customers benefit from call queuing, auto-attendant, call recording, remote working, mobile apps and much more – at no extra cost.
3CX is suitable for businesses of all sizes – ranging from small 5-10 user deployments, to business with 1000s of users in multi-branch corporations. Each package is tailored to your needs, with licensing options scalable to accommodate.
At Stem Systems, we run our 3CX infrastructure in the Microsoft Azure cloud. This fits seamlessly into our Managed IT services, allowing us to:
- Integrate 3CX phone contacts with Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365
- Enable Microsoft Teams as your phone system
- Deploy the 3CX Windows Desktop app via Group Policy or Microsoft InTune
- Provision mobile apps via InTune or simple email configuration
- Integrate with Zendesk, Freshdesk and other mainstream CRM systems
Another advantage of this service is of course the benefit of our expertise. End user handsets and apps are configured by our professionals and deployed on our managed network, with ongoing support and hosting of the deployment also provided.
