Stem Systems support several clients in the haulage, road transport and freight forwarding industries. This usually involves a wide range of technologies from on-premise platforms with either bespoke or market-leading packaged software, up to cloud vehicle tracking, through to Proof-Of-Delivery handheld hardware linking to back office databases. Given the almost 24/7 nature of the haulage business some of these sites have been equipped with hardware deployments to suit, from failover Internet connectivity to real-time replication of server platforms and hourly backup regimes.
We have developed bespoke solutions, entirely in-house, to integrate customer systems with remote haulage partner sites in the form of electronic signature upload and EDI (Electronic Document Interchange) through the exchange of XML, CSV and other web-hosted data types between differing platforms.
