Stem Systems have developed a number of custom software modules in-house using Microsoft .NET technologies, SQL Server and Microsoft Azure to empower many service-based customers in their day-to-day management of customers, engineer visits, asset management, service logging, resource scheduling and CRM. This in many cases brings full end-to-end capabilities from initial customer engagement to job booking, POD capture and invoice export.

In other cases, individual modules have been developed to extend the functionality of in-house applications to link to external supplier, partner or customer software platforms. Examples include:

  • exporting to third-party POD systems for handheld signature capture
  • bulk import of XML/CSV data from dispatch or invoicing systems
  • enabling customer-facing portals from previously internal-only databases or spreadsheets.
